Masters, Human Centered Design | University of Michigan I studied User Experience Research and Design for 2 years at the School of Information. During this time I gained in-depth experience in UI & Product Design and different quantitative and qualitative research methods. Certification, Client Services | Detroit Design Core I participated in a 1 month client services bootcamp where I learned how to streamline client processes, craft proposals, contracts, and improve the financial and legal operations of my business. Certification, Content Marketing | Coursera I participated in a 1 month intensive content marketing course where I had the opportunity to extend my human-centered design knowledge with strategic marketing skills.
