Edmund Enterprises, a holding company that houses both our HR Firm, The HR Whisperer, and our Financial Services organization, FIT Agency. Yes, we're your one-stop shop for all things people-related!Our CEO Clenetta Frazier,known as The HR Whisperer, has over 20 years of HR Leadership experience. Our CEO has served on the board for the Salvation Army Great Lakes Region for over 8 years and currently serves on the Executive Board. We currently work with Non profit organizations within our company. We understand the need to provide them with Great HR expertise that they may not have access to. The work that they dois so great for our communities and they deserve access to the same expertise as the private sector. Philanthropy is a huge part of our organization and we are committed to helping non profits excel and greater serve their communities.
Why do you think it’s important for your business or organization to support nonprofits and community organizations in Southeast Michigan and what kind of positive impact do you think your work could have?
We currently work with non profits and unfortunately due to budgetary contraints, they do not always have access to the HR expertise that they need to ensure they are compliant. We have also provideda tremendous amount of Executive and Leadership coaching for the organizations that we have worked with. Often times their leaders have not had exposure or an opportunity to fully develop in this area to greater lead their teams as effeciently as possible. We are committed to the work that we do with nonprofits and helping them excel.
