Our following beliefs guide our work and the ways in which we know we have positive impact in our community: Finances are foundational, and so are small businesses and nonprofits -- Just like critical services in communities, financial management should be accessible to all organizations making a positive impact. This is how we can ensure they do their best work. Organizations are ecosystems -- Successful organizations are built by a team of experts whose work supports and compliments each other for the success of the whole. Money is a mechanism by which healing and joy can happen -- Understanding funds are how we best navigate our capitalistic society and are able to access healing and joy -- to be financially attuned to our piece of it.  We are part of the ripple effect -- Systemic social issues belong to all of us no matter our race, sexuality, gender, age, socio-economic status, or ability. By strengthening the nonprofit and small business networks across the country that answer and dismantle the call of systemic issues, we will see healthier and happier young people, families, and communities. We strive to see a future where organizations are empowered with financial strategy and literacy -- so they can focus on this vital work. Everyone deserves a life of fulfillment based on their own terms -- Art, performance, good food, laughter, learning, excitement, nature, and joy. To us, living a life of these experiences is what fulfills us. We hope to ultimately bring more successes -- and moments of fulfillment -- to those we serve.
