Rara Avis Workplace Evolution (RAWE) is an embedded strategic partner for nonprofits and small businesses. RAWE works within organizations to reveal misalignment, investigate its drivers, and strengthen the conditions supporting mission execution.

RAWE exists to uncover the disconnects between Board, Leadership, and Staff that quietly influence mission execution, organizational resilience, and long-term sustainability.

Through diagnostic insight and strategic employee development, we make visible the patterns that determine whether organizations remain aligned, nimble, and resilient in a changing environment.

We don’t fix symptoms. We reveal the conditions that create them.
