Yarrow Management Consulting provides people-centered, data-driven solutions to help nonprofit organizations streamline operations, improve program effectiveness, and drive sustainable impact. Through tailored strategic planning, process improvement, and fractional operations leadership, we equip mission-driven organizations with the tools and structures needed to navigate change, optimize resources, and scale their impact. We believe that strong, well-designed operational frameworks allow nonprofits to focus on what matters most—serving their communities and advancing meaningful change.

Why do you think it’s important for your business or organization to support nonprofits and community organizations in Southeast Michigan and what kind of positive impact do you think your work could have?

Southeast Michigan is my home—both as a resident and a business owner—and I believe in taking care of my home. Nonprofit organizations are the connective thread that supports individuals and communities through critical transitions, making our region stronger, more resilient, and more equitable. By providing strategic and operational support, I help these organizations sustain their impact, navigate challenges, and grow in ways that allow them to better serve our shared community. My work is not just about consulting—it’s about investing in the people, organizations, and networks that make Southeast Michigan a place where all can thrive.
