Our nonprofit clients are allowed an opportunity to tailor our services. Most agree to the six hour flat fee assessment fee, and all other supports are provided based on a billable rate with a ceiling.

Best Practices Consulting Services is a small business support agency specializing in capacity building for those seeking assistance pertaining to profit maximization, internal controls, market assessment, and development. As organization development specialists, we are designed to assess both internal controls and external influences that impact growth and sustainability. Best Practices Consulting Services serves at the pleasure of nonprofits here in Southeast Michigan as strategic partners. More than 90% of our portfolio and work product is due to the affiliations we have with the small business support agencies here in the Metro Detroit area. Additionally, we work as capacity building agents to several organizations as technical assistance providers. This relationship allows the nonprofit to increase their outreach and service deliverable. We enjoy working with economic development agencies, specifically those who provide funding and business support to minority small businesses. We have served more than 700 small businesses in the Southeast Michigan area and more than 70% of this is a direct result of our strategic partnerships.
