Custom packages are available to ensure alignment with organizational size, stage of development, and budget capacity.
Mission Statement

Organizational Services:

Beyond Existing Enterprises exists to strengthen, structure, and sustain nonprofit organizations, particularly those led by African American founders, faith-based organizations, and community visionaries. We equip leaders with the strategic clarity, governance infrastructure, financial discipline, and fundraising systems necessary to move from passion-driven startup to legacy-driven institution. Through consulting, coaching, and executive leadership support, we transform overextended organizations into compliant, fundable, and impact-focused enterprises that outlast their founders and build generational community wealth.

Interim/Fractional Executive Services

Beyond Existing Enterprises provides fractional and interim executive leadership for nonprofits in transition, growth, or crisis. Fractional leadership allows organizations to access experienced executive direction on a part-time basis without the cost of a full-time hire. Interim leadership provides short-term, hands-on executive management during leadership vacancies or restructuring periods.

In both models, we stabilize operations, guide boards, strengthen governance and financial systems, support fundraising strategy, and ensure program continuity so the organization remains steady, credible, and forward-moving.

Why do you think it’s important for your business or organization to support nonprofits and community organizations in Southeast Michigan and what kind of positive impact do you think your work could have?

Beyond Existing Enterprises helps nonprofit leaders turn good ideas into strong, stable organizations. We work with founders and boards to bring order to the paperwork, clarify roles, strengthen finances, and create practical fundraising plans.

Our clients leave with clear direction, stronger leadership, and systems they can actually manage. Instead of operating in survival mode, they gain the structure and confidence needed to serve their communities consistently and for the long term.
