Understanding the limitations of non profits we seek a win-win where money is not our primary focus but rather success of any project, sustainability and organizational growth and fulfillment of mission is a major focus. In saying that often many things will be considered as far as fee for service including workload, expectation, urgency and timing. We would not charge for anything we're not capable or delivering. Therefore productivity and outcomes are as important to the services we provide.
Mission Statement
To assist current or potential create organizational development plans, activities, systems and strategies of accountability integrity and outcomes that fulfill and/or enhance their mission.
Why do you think it’s important for your business or organization to support nonprofits and community organizations in Southeast Michigan and what kind of positive impact do you think your work could have?
As many new non profits organizations and operations are implemented often started and/or managed by young first time leaders or relatively new non-profit/business leaders having an ability to tap into and to rely on the expertise of proven non profit/business leaders values, experience and expertise is vital. This is critical when it comes to receiving wisdom, advice and visual that does not interfere with or interrupt the vision of non profit leader/team. Where-as Advisory Boards or Board of Directors have a role many non profit leaders need occasional day-to-day advice and consultation specific to their needs and/or inquires. With over 30 years of proven success as a non profit leader, an impeccable reputation and history as a bridge builder and outcome results professional my work could be a quiet but impactful force in assisting young leaders or organization eliminate unnecessary errors or missteps.
